Complaint form

To file a complaint, please send the following documents to the email: reklamace@ldseating.com .

• Filled in complaint form.
• Description and photo or video of the defect.
• A photo of the serial number label which can be found on the bottom of the chair.

After filing the complaint, you will be informed of the next steps by the second working day.
