We are the main partner of the Zlin Design Week

22. 4. 2024

The tenth annual Zlin Design Week takes place on 8–14 May and this year we are its main partner.

The festival takes place under the auspices of the faculty of Multi-Media Communication at Tomáš Baťa University in Zlín. One of the objectives of the festival is to support young talents and create a meeting platform for beginning designers and professionals. As usual, visitors can expect a large number of exhibitions, lectures, discussions, workshops, fashion shows and parties.

This year, we will be exhibiting our new LOTUS chairs at the KOMA modular in Práce Square. The exposition has been created for us by first-year students of the Spatial Creation Studio of Tomáš Baťa University under the supervision of Ing. arch. Kamil Koláček. In March, these young designers presented to us nine different designs, of which we chose the most interesting ones, which were then finalised. The result of our collaboration can be seen at the exhibition.

Apart from the exposition, we are preparing a workshop for students on our premises in Boskovice. Students will be given a tour of our production facilities, followed by a talk on the manufacturer’s cooperation with the designer.

If you have the time, make sure you attend some of the events of the Zlín Design Week. There will be lots of inspiration for everyone.
