Nido Bench
Nido Bench is a modular system designed for flexible waiting areas and public spaces where comfort and accessibility matter. A higher seating position and shallower seat depth make standing up easier, while single, two and three seat benches can be connected into straight, curved or varied layouts using linking elements. Optional accessories further adapt each configuration to different needs.

Nido Bench is a modular system designed for flexible waiting areas and public spaces. Single, two and three seat benches can be connected using linking elements to create straight or curved arrangements in a wide range of sizes and layouts. Optional armrests, backrests and tables allow configurations to adapt to different interiors. Layouts can also be made easily using the online configurator.

Nido Bench is designed to provide comfort in high traffic waiting rooms and public spaces including clinics, hospitals and senior living facilities. The 14 cm thick injected polyurethane foam seat, higher construction and shallower seat depth help create a more natural sitting position and make standing up easier. Extended legs are also available for an even higher seating position when needed.

Each Nido Bench component is manufactured in Boskovice, where local production allows close control over materials, craftsmanship and every stage of the process. This hands-on approach ensures long term durability and consistent quality across the entire collection. Nido Bench also meets Crib 5 certification standards, confirming a high level of fire resistance for demanding interiors.

Italian Orlandini Design studio was founded by Folco Orlandini and his father Paolo in 2009. Their approach to design is very pragmatic and the hallmark of Orlandidni Design products is cleanliness. “We follow the project form the spark of the initial idea to the long journey full of obstacles to serial production. Ideas are our precious material but they must be transformed into tangible items for our work to be completed,” says Folco Orlandini. Orlandini Design has won many prestigious awards, including the Best of Neocon Award, iF Design Award, Interior Design HIP Award, Red Dot Award and German Design Award. They designed all models in the MELODY and FLEXI series as well as our new NIDO modular system.

The polyurethane foam used in the products meets the CRIB 5 fire safety standard.
